We're committed towards helping the people of Hobart, live a happier, healthier and more meaningful life.

Seriously, psychology isn't just a job to us! We are absolutely motivated to support you, in order to transform your life for the better.

We are centrally located on the Eastern Shore (obviously), in Rosny, just over the bridge (10 min max from center of Hobart - it's really not that far ;) )

Sometimes, seeking help from a mental health professional is the best step you can take, towards embracing and changing the life you have. We genuinely live, eat and breathe all things mental health.

We're a dedicated bunch - We now have 9 Psychologists at our Rosny Park office.

We'll be happy to guide you through what ever life is throwing you at the moment and are dedicated to supporting our community through this global pandemic.

Eastern Shore Psychology welcomes new and previous clients of our service. However, please be mindful that wait times will vary and a session may not be available straight away. Please organise a telehealth session if you are feeling unwell, have been in a known Covid-19 hotspot or have symptoms of a respiratory illness.

In line with information received from the Australian Psychological Society,

Wednesday 15th December, Eastern Shore Psychology will be changing to the way we are offering sessions to clients who are not fully vaccinated;

-  Unvaccinated Adults will be offered Telehealth Appointments only (this also includes those who carry a vaccine exemption).

- Unvaccinated Children and Adolescents will be required to wear masks

- As per the government mask mandates, all vaccinated clients will be required to wear a mask upon entry of our premises.

Eastern Shore Psychology will do everything we can to stop the spread of Covid-19

Thank you for your support and lets fight this together!! :)

For urgent and immediate support, please be aware that there are a number of 24/7 services you can contact. We are unable to provide immediate and crisis support, unless you are an existing client, on our caseload.

Typically, wait times for a private psychologist are 4-8 weeks (sometimes less, sometimes more). We endeavour to book you in as soon as possible and often cancellations can come up, so you may not be waiting that long.

Please don't hesitate to contact a crisis service for immediate support.
